Personal leadership is taking responsibility for your life rather than allowing circumstances, bad attitudes or limiting beliefs to control your outcomes. Whether the person is on a work team or just wants to be successful in personal life, relationships, or career, the development of personal attitude, skill and will must take place to generate proper thinking and action for success.

Alignment is the ongoing process of focusing the human resources on executing the strategic decisions and achieving the business vision. Executive and management leaders must be aligned at all levels from the business owner or CEO all the way down to the janitor. Everyone in the organization and their actions must be aligned and focused on the strategy and achieving the vision, moviing the company forward.
Without alignment, actions cause friction, fires, and waste.

Business Owners must be leaders. They must have a vision for their company. They must have the determination to succeed, for their customers and for their employees. They must operationalize their vision with a strategic plan and be committed to its execution. And they must have the skills to involve and guide their employees to achievement – share the vision, the planning, and the implementation.
Without Leadership, the organization falters and then fails.
